BLM ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES:

ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES:

1. Bidding will be open from February 11 2015  until the end of the final item close at 5pm on March 12 2015, or when the maximum bid is reached

2. By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

3. The Center for Wealth and Legacy reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction.

4. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued.

5. The Center for Wealth and Legacy or any representatives related are not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the item sold.

6. To make a bid for an Online Silent Auction item, simply follow the instructions as provided on this bidding site. 

7. Strict confidentiality will be maintained for bidders.

8. There is no “upper limit” for your bids!

9. You may bid on any item in any Silent Auction section until the item is closed or the maximum bid is reached.

10. Once the auction is declared closed, the last bid entered adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked. In the event of a dispute, the Center for Wealth and Legacy will act as the final authority.

11. Winning Bids will be posted on the Center for Wealth and Legacy's website, Facebook and Twitter within 30 mins of the closed. An email will also be sent to notify the winner. 

12. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange payment.  Once payment has been processed, a certificate will be emailed to the winner. Due to the nature of the Legacy Leader's schedules, the "Lunch with a Leader" winner will need to accommodate the Legacy Leaders scheduled. A representative of the Center for Wealth and Legacy will contact the winner to coordinate the Lunch with a Legacy Leader.

13. Payment for items purchased must be made in full to UCP.

14. Any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.

For tax purposes, United Charitable Programs will provide you with a charitable receipt of your donation when you donate $250 or more (in accordance with IRS regulations). For donations less than $250, you may use your billing statement as proof of donation. General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
  • The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email.
